Current situation regarding shipping costs:

Dear customers, 

Until now, we have been able to keep our shipping costs largely constant. Recent developments have required shipping providers to increase their rates. This includes higher costs for energy and personnel. An energy surcharge for national deliveries has been set, which is now included in the shipping costs.

Shipping terms

For intra-Community deliveries exempt from VAT, please enter your VAT ID.

We deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Shipping costs (plus the applicable VAT rate of the shipping country)

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping weight and are displayed in the shopping cart.

Austria (incl. 20% VAT):
up to 30 kg: 12.40 euros
up to 60 kg: 24.80 euros, etc.
For orders of 300.00 € or more, we deliver free of shipping charges.

Germany (incl. 19% VAT):
up to 30 kg: 10.60 euros
 

IMPORTANT: For deliveries abroad the following applies:
In accordance with European regulations, the VAT of the destination country is charged based on the country of delivery.

The shipping costs for abroad listed here are shown without VAT. In the shopping cart, the shipping costs are displayed including the VAT of the respective destination country. Shipping costs are calculated depending on weight as follows (the shipping costs are shown below in steps. You can see the intermediate steps in the shopping cart):

Belgium:
Up to 2 kg = €14.80, up to 5 kg = €16.70, up to 10 kg = €19.80, up to 20 kg = €26.00, 30 kg = €32.20

Denmark:
Up to 2 kg = €13.70, up to 5 kg = €15.60, up to 10 kg = €18.70, up to 20 kg = €24.90, 30 kg = €31.10

France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic:

Delivery countries outside the EU

The following shipping costs are calculated without VAT. Handling costs of €5.00 are charged for the preparation of customs documents.
When delivering to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider; rather, they are payable to the responsible customs and/or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to inquire about the details with the customs and/or tax authorities before ordering.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Up to 2 kg = €15.60, up to 5 kg = €17.60, up to 10 kg = €21.00, up to 20 kg = €27.70, 30 kg = €34.40
 
Great Britain:
Up to 2 kg = €22.80, up to 5 kg = €29.60, up to 10 kg = €40.90, up to 20 kg = €63.50, 30 kg = €86.10

Iceland and Norway:
Up to 2 kg = €16.50, up to 5 kg = €19.50, up to 10 kg = €24.50, up to 20 kg = €34.50, 30 kg = €44.50

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods domestically (Austria/Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

 

Important for business orders without VAT:

Please provide your VAT identification number. After receiving the order, we will check the validity of the VAT identification number (VAT ID). Once it has been successfully confirmed, we will change the order to an “intra-Community supply” and charge your order without VAT.

• If you choose one of the payment options that collects the amount directly when you complete the order (PayPal, credit cards or Sofort bank transfer by Klarna), you will receive the VAT refunded after the (VAT ID) has been verified.
• If you select the payment option “EU standard bank transfer”, you will receive an email with our bank details after the (VAT ID) has been verified. At this point, the amount will be shown without VAT, which you can then transfer.

 

The minimum order value is: €25.00.
Below the minimum order value, we charge a small-quantity surcharge of 10.00 euros.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and institutions.

The invoice amount must be paid within 7 days when paying by invoice.
